Political Will

Introduction

Jonnie needs you to persuade a senator to change his mind about introducing a smoking ban in bars, because it'll be bad for business.

Smokin'

You need to persuade the senator before he makes it home, which means there's 2 minutes on the clock. He's located East of your current position, so make your way across town.

When you arrive, you'll see he's in a limo with a police convoy. Smash into the limo and you'll start to damage it. As soon as you do though, the cops will be after you. I was lucky enough to flip the limo over after 2 or 3 hits, which blew it up, but the senator got out and was fine. He tells the cops to arrest you, so kill a few of them.

You'll then be told to intimidate him but not kill him, so chase after him on foot and punch him about 5 or 6 times. After that he'll tell you he wont bring in the smoking ban.

You now need to lose a 3 or 4 star wanted level, so either use your hideout if you have police bribes from Vigilante missions, or head to the Pay N' Spray.

Once you're clear of the cops, head back to the bar to meet Jonnie.
