After picking up the payphone for Sal, Toni has a proposition. Sal wants you to kill the Mayor, pick up his cellphone and then drop it back off at the safehouse.

Risky Business

You have to find an imaginative way to kill the Mayor and obtain the cell. If you walk in armed, the LCPD officers and his bodyguards could easily nail you. You can easily put the Sniper Rifle as a handy friend. It makes it hard to hit him since he runs throughout, but at the southwest corner he stops to catch his breath. You can nail him there, pick up the cell and get to the safehouse whilst outrunning the bodyguards and cops.
