Introduction

A drug dealer at Portland Harbor has been selling drugs to Luigi's girls. Luigi wants you to go down there and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Spank The Spank Dealer

Grab the baseball bat from across the street if you don't have one already (you can find one outside of your hideout at all times). Next get a vehicle and make your way towards Portland Harbor. I'd advise you to just follow the road along and enter via the front gates as it's quicker and safer in terms of not flipping your car. Once you're at the docks you'll see the spank dealer next to his car chatting to some girls. You have the choice now of running him over in your car, or exiting your vehicle and beating him to death on foot. You can decide what you prefer, but running him over is just as easy although perhaps not as messy at beating him to a bloody pulp with the bat. Once he's dead Luigi wants you to take his car as compensation, so get in his Stallion. It needs a re-spray first though, so drive it through St Marks and into Hepburn Heights to the Pay N' Spray. Once it's sprayed take the vehicle to Luigi's lockup in front of the Portland View hospital. Put it in the garage then go outside and let the door close.

It doesn't matter if you kill the girls who are talking to the spank dealer. They probably deserve it anyway!
