King Courtney tells Mike that Cisco, the head of the Cartel, was responsible for killing Vinnie and Jonnie.
| King Courtney | Okay, Mike. I have what you're looking for. It's Cisco, the head of the Cartel - a bad character. He set your partner Vinnie up and took the bartender down. He's got a big meeting going on and you can make a major blow to his operations. I'll send you a few men to back you up. All my troubles - and yours too, mon - will be taken care of. |

Grab a vehicle and head North West from your position where you'll find the enemies making a deal.
As you approach the area, the camera will pan to the two Colombians exiting a vehicle and walking down an alley to the meeting. Mike will have some thoughts.
| Mike | Well, well. I suppose I could wait and take them on the way back from the meeting. Where are those damn Yardies? |

You have a choice now. You can either go in blasting, whereby you'll need to kill the two Colombians and the four other gangsters they're meeting with...
Or you can wait near their parked car for the meeting to be over, then you'll only need to kill the two Colombians, which you can easily accomplish by destroying their car. I got quite lucky and their car seemed to get stuck so it didn't actually leave the area making it simple to blow up with a shotgun.
Either way, once everyone relevant has been killed, King Courtney will be in touch.
