King Courtney tells Mike that Cisco's eating at a restaurant in town and he thinks it's the perfect time to take him out.
| Mike | So King, what happened to the backup you promised? |

| King Courtney | I won't lie to you, Mike. My men got caught in traffic is all. Urban sprawl, mon, and you pick rush hour to start your raid? Never mind, I've got a better plan. Cisco's been spotted at a restaurant nearby and you can have your revenge. Box his face into a bloody mess with your hands! He has some bodyguards out front so look for another way in. |
| Mike | King, this is the last mission I do for you. Cisco had better be the one or next time we meet, I'll be behind a barrel of a shotgun. |
| King Courtney | Rest, mon! You've got to lower your stress and go easy! Step on out, Cisco's waiting. |
Make your way to the West into the park. You'll need to exit your vehicle and walk into the blue circle on foot.
The camera will pan to the South where you'll see a bunch of Colombian guards standing at the front of the restaurant.
| Mike | Nice, tranquil place. Perfect setting for a shoot-out. I could rush the few guards out front or look for another way in. |

You can head straight for them and shoot them all, but the mission does imply that you find another way in. Luckily you can just walk to the West - to the other side of the restaurant - where you'll be able to take a quieter route down the side to the back of the building.
The rest of the mission pans out slightly differently depending on your choice here. If you attack the guards, you'll see a different cutscene.
Choice 1: Attack
| Guard | This is a restricted area unless you're on the list. Well, are you on the list? |

| Mike | Check for 'guy sent to kill Cisco and discover truth about partner's murder', not there? Didn't think so... |
| Guard | You got an overload of testosterone, don't you? We'll make a girl out of you before we're done! Kill him! |
After killing the body guards, King Courtney will send a message saying Cisco slipped out the back and you need to get him, so chase after him and give him a beating. You can use weapons to get his health down, but if you kill him, you'll fail the mission and King Courtney will send an angry message, so ensure you're careful about what you hit him with.
| Cisco | Okay, loco! That King Courtney speaks nothing but lies! What the hell would I want with this bartender or this partner of yours? |

Choice 2: Stealth
If you decide to sneak down the West side of the building - which is recommended - walk into the blue circle as you arrive.
| Cisco | I'm going out for a smoke! No, I don't need you watching me like a baby! Well... Hello there, amigo, may I provide you with some assistance? |

| Mike | King Courtney seems to fear you but you don't look like too much to me, Cisco. Why don't you tell me a bit about my partner Vinnie and the bartender? |
| Cisco | Who the hell you think you are? You a dead man, amigo, you just don't know it yet. |
After the cutscene with Cisco, he'll want you to fight him. You can whip out a gun and give him a few blasts or follow the instructions to a tee and beat him with your fists. Just make sure you don't kill him or you'll fail the mission. A shotgun is definitely a no-go!
Once Cisco's health is all of the way down, you'll have another conversation.
| Cisco | Ah, your hands are made of iron, amigo. I think it must have been that King Courtney that sent you against me. I tell you in truth that I don't know you or have anything against you or your associates. |

Regardless which choice you took to get here, the rest of the mission cutscene ends the same way.
| Mike | My partner Vinnie had a lot of money on him. That would make him a valuable target. Besides, I heard that you've been connected to a lot of bombings of late. |

| Cisco | Your ignorance is as obvious as a foul stench. I would have no involvement with such petty criminals, especially if they are as raggedly dressed as yourself. |
| Mike | Cut the crap and stick to the subject. Tell me who might be involved. |
| Cisco | Amigo, there are two gangs that would deal in this matter - the Yardies and the Yakuza. But first, let me tend to my wounds and change to my evening clothes before dealing in more pleasantries with you. Follow me to my place. |
Mission Passed!
You'll receive a pager message from Cisco inviting you to meet him at his casa.
