To enter Cheat Mode, while playing hold down A + B + Start. You'll know cheat mode has been enabled when you see game coordinates displayed on the screen and a message which says "CHEAT MODE ON". You can then enter the following button cheats. Re-enter the Cheat Mode code to disable cheat mode.

Left, Right, Up, Down, B, R	Toggle Gang Hostility
Left, Right, Up, Down, R, R	Wanted Level Max or Zero

Mission Select

On the main menu, press Left, Right, Up, Down, L, R then hold down Start and press A to unlock the mission select menu which will appear under the New / Load game option.
