Jonnie	Mike, call me paranoid but I've been seeing some suspicious characters driving by here and I don't like the looks of 'em. Luckily, I have a solution. There's some illegal cargo at the docks guarded by some weapon smugglers. If my informants are right, the cargo contains a rocket launcher. Now, here's where you come in. Take out the smugglers at the docks, secure the rocket launcher, and bring it back to me. Don't use it either - I need all the ammo.
Mike	Sounds like a death wish but I'll do it. Hear anything more about Vinnie?
Jonnie	Yeah, I did hear something. Doesn't seem that the Mafia had anything to do with Vinnie's death. They got guys out looking for who killed him and something about money owed to them.

Make your way to the docks where you'll find the weapon waiting for you. Walk over it on foot to collect it.

Once you pick it up, you'll be attacked by three guys on foot so take care of them.

Cutscene

Mike	Ya gotta wonder about docks owned by foreigners. It makes the illegal arms trade easy... Damn!

Upon killing the enemies by other means, two or three more will come at you, as well as a vehicle.

Cutscene

Mike	That wasn't so bad, back to the bartender... Hmm, wait. Looks like it's playtime again.

Keep shooting them until they're all dead, and/or blown up.

When they're all wasted, you'll be told to head back to the bar with the Rocket Launcher.

Grab a vehicle and make your way back to Jonnie's bar then walk into the blue circle.

Cutscene

Jonnie	Sweet, Mike! If I get any drive-bys, they'll be in for a nasty surprise.

Mission Passed!

Mike receives a pager message from Jonnie after the mission asking him to come to the bar to talk politics.
