Ambulance Chaser

He's being transported in an Ambulance, so grab a powerful car and head towards the hospital. When the ambulance sees you, you'll get a wanted level, but your objective is to ram the ambulance until he falls out of the back in his cast. From here you need to kill him, but he's bullet proof, so you'll need to either run over his cast a few times, or use grenades to blow him up. A few of each should kill him.
