Rough Justice

Warning!

Before you can start this mission, you'll need to be wearing the Lawyer outfit. The game informs you that you can pick one up from Mr Benz, which is a few blocks away next to the Pay 'n' Spray, so head there and collect your outfit. Doing this also unlocks the Lawyer outfit at your safehouse.

Cutscene

Salvatore's locked up, with the full orange jumpsuit treatment. Toni walks in wearing a suit and glasses and is introduced by the police officer as Mr Leones lawyer. Salvatore tells him he knows who he is and shakes hands with "Lionel". Salvatore doesn't know who is responsible for him being locked up, so wants Toni to hit the Sindaccos and Forellis hard. He wants to use the Hoods as backup.

Heading To The Hoods

Once you're back outside and on foot, you need to pick up the Hoods then get the Forellis attention. Grab a vehicle and make your way to the half-way point of the S-road South of Cedar Grove where you'll meet up with 3 hoods.

There's a parked van and some submachine gun ammo, plus some body armor should you need it. Once you've collected everything, the Hoods will be following you, so get in the van and let them climb in. You'll be told to lure out the Forellis by smashing up their cars.

Head down the hill towards lower Wichita Gardens where you'll see there are two red blips marking the Forelli cars. Choose whichever one you want to hit first and you'll find a parked car marked with a red arrow. All you need to do is the tiniest bit of damage to the car, for example one bullet and once you start causing damage, the Forellis will start attacking so you'll need to work with your Hood buddies to take out the enemy soldiers who spawn in all directions around you.

You'll end up taking out about 10-15 Forellis then they'll stop coming, so grab their ammo and get back in the van and head to the next spot.

The same applies here, damage the car then take out numerous Forellis who will turn up. Thankfully they're distracted by the Hoods, so you won't take the full force of their attack, but you'll need to be quick because they can cause a lot of damage quickly and they seem to be armored up because they take quite a few hits to go down.

Keep blasting away until they're all dead. It seems like you don't get a wanted level while on this mission so you don't have to worry about fighting the cops as well as the Forellis.
