Salvatore wants Paulie Sindacco to pay his dues. Toni heads to the Cochrane Dam to sort things.
To The Power House
Once on foot, you'll be told you intercept Paulie Sindacco at the Cochrane Dam Power House. This is located at the lower dam. When you arrive, rather than driving straight into the yellow marker, why not head past it and collect that rocket launcher...
Once you've got it, pull into the yellow marker, ideally on a bike. The Sanchez nearby works well if you don't have your own.
If you entered the yellow marker in a vehicle, ideally a bike, you'll be able to chase him along the river bank as he flees down the river.
Speed ahead to the area just in front of the bridge and get off your bike, whip out your rocket launcher and fire a couple of missiles at his boat. The first one probably won't be enough, but the second one will do the job.
Mission Passed!
A short time after the mission you'll receive a phone call from Donald Love, unlocking his missions again.
- Reward: $3,000
- Donald Love's missions are unlocked again following a post-mission phone call.
- Mission Unlocked: Shogun Showdown (Salvatore)
- Mission Unlocked: Panlantic Land Grab (Donald love)
- Sindacco Argento gang cars and Sindacco members will no longer spawn in Torrington.
