Toni confesses his sins and is tasked with wiping out an FBI informant.
FBI Car
Once outside, you'll be told to go to the crime scene and stean an FBI car, then get to the meeting point in around 2 hours 30 minutes (2 minutes 30 seconds real time).
Grab a vehicle and make your way to the crime scene which happens to be on the expressway between Fort Staunton and Newport. You're best off accessing it from the South end of the expressway, next to the museum as the car is on the Eastern side of the road.
As you approach, you'll see a number of police vehicles, a crashed securicar with a pile of cash behind it ($1,500 if you want to pick it up), a firetruck and of course the FBI car you need to steal.
Drive past the cops and feds who will start shooting at you as soon as you get close enough and grab the FBI car as quickly as you can. You want to head to the South, likely back the way you came, and you might need to smash through a police road block to escape.
Make your way down an alley way to the yellow marker where you'll find the informant. If you have time, try to turn the car around so you reverse into the marker.
You'll need to whack the informant before he can escape. If you parked the car facing the way you came, you can probably just run him over, otherwise you'll need to turn around and chase after him, at which point a drive-by might be the better option.
Once he's dead, he'll drop the top secret documents, so get out of your vehicle and pick them up on-foot, then get a vehicle and get out of there.
You need to drop the documents off at the Liberty Tree which is to the South-West of Staunton Island. Once you arrive, drive through to the parking lot at which point your wanted level will be cleared, then park in the yellow marker.

- Mission Unlocked: The Passion Of The Heist
- If you already have an FBI Car in your garage, you can use it for this mission which will avoid a wanted level for stealing the mission-specific one.
- The parked FBI car on this mission features pop-proof tires. If you put the car in your garage and then purposely fail the mission, you can save it with the indestructible tires for future use.
- You can collect $1,500 cash from behind the Securicar on the expressway, effectively doubling the mission reward.
