Father Ned has learned of a large diamond exchange happening nearby and wants Toni to acquire them.
Diamonds Are For Toni
Once you're outside, you'll be told to get the briefcase and kill all of the gang members. They're at the ferry terminal, right at the North end of Staunton Island. Grab a vehicle and make your way there, perhaps stopping off at Phil's Gun Shop if you've unlocked it for some heavier weaponry.
As you arrive at the briefcase zone, you'll notice the area is swarming with enemies, and they're all heavily armed. As soon as you get close to the ferry terminal parking lot they'll open fire with AK-47 assault rifles and sniper rifles. There's also a helicopter with four guys hanging off the side.
You'll take a lot damage if you don't have any cover here, so use your vehicle for protection and slowly inch your way towards the enemies so you can take them out. If you have a rocket launcher, that'll come in useful to take out the helicopter and a bunch of the other enemies, otherwise an assault rifle works well for the footsoldiers. Once you've killed a few of them you can get in closer and pick up their guns and ammo.
There is a rocket launcher you can collect from just inside the parking lot, but you're going to need to wipe out most of the enemies before you can get close to it. That said, once you're close enough to the rocket launcher, you'll be close enough to target the helicopter with your assault rifle so you won't necessarily need it.
Once all of the enemies are down, grab the briefcase. You'll immediately receive a 3-star wanted level, so now's the time to flee. You can take the Stretch limo that's sitting there, or run back to your own vehicle, but either way, you want to get away before the cops come.
The diamonds need to be delivered to the Liberty Tree offices, so follow the main road to the West, around the stadium and then South until you reach the drop off point, where your wanted level will be magically cleared then enter the yellow marker.
