In a very picturesque scene on top of the Portland Beach cliffs, Salvatore tells Toni that some of the union workers are starting to see things his way, but the union big shots still need some convincing. Toni needs to turn up the heat.

Getting The Picture

Once you appear on foot, you'll be told to scare the union big shots. They're all marked on your map so grab a vehicle and head to each of them.

Each of the Union big shots are driving around in vehicles, so their locations might change, but you'll always be able to track them down with their red blips on the map.

One worker was driving around Hepburn Heights. You can crash into, or shoot his vehicle until he gets out, then he'll want to fight. Don't kill him, you're just intimidating him remember, so punch him a few times and he'll get the idea.

Warning!

The game will allow you to accidentally kill one union boss, but killing two will fail the mission.

The other two union bosses tend to be driving around Chinatown. The same situation applies, just track them down, and fill their car full of lead until they stop.

With the boss in the Kuruma, you won't have to fist fight him, he'll just run off when to damage his car enough.

The final boss will get angry because you damaged his car and he only had two payments left on it and will pull out a pistol and start shooting at you. Give him a quick beating before he causes too much damage.

Once all three union bosses have learnt their lesson, your job is done.

Mission Passed!

You'll receive an in-game message that the Avenging Angel outfit is now available at the safehouse. Changing into this will allow you to play the Avenging Angels side-missions which are a requirement towards 100% completion.

The union bosses are driving around, so the map below shows rough locations of where they start the mission.
