Cutscene

Toni and Salvatore listen to Jane Hopper on the radio. She says the Mafia don't scare her and she won't be intimidated. She's still not backing down. Salvatore really wants to teach her a lesson this time.

On The Radio

Once you appear on foot, you'll need to quickly grab a vehicle and get to the Head Radio building in Harwood. You've got to get there before she finishes the show 2 in-game hours from the start of the mission, so essentially you have an unofficial 2 minute time limit to get there.

When you arrive, you'll spot her limo parked out front and her chauffeur standing near by. You need to wipe him out. Run him over or shoot him and the screen will fade to black, returning with Toni dressed in his perfectly fitting outfit.

Cutscene

Jane Hopper walks out of the radio station and get in her Stretch limo, completely unaware of the change in driver. She wants to go to Harwood Ferry Station.

Scare Tactics

Your objective now is to scare Hopper by driving fast and eratically, crashing and performing stunt jumps. There's a scare meter displayed at the top of the screen to show how terrified she is.

There's no specific route you need to take, but personally I feel the quickest way to complete the mission is to drive over the hills near the car crusher and pull some jumps while listening to her try to stay brave as she refuses to be scared. Getting airborne definitely seems to increase her scare meter more than driving fast or eratically and it avoids smashing up the car too much.

Once the scare meter is full, she says she'll "do whatever you want" and asks to be taken to the ferry station picket line so make your way to the North-West of Portland and pull up in the yellow marker in the Ferry Terminal parking lot.

Cutscene

Jane Hopper gets out of the car and runs away while Toni tells her not to forget their agreement.

Mission Passed!

You'll receive an in-game message that the Chauffeur outfit is now available at your safehouse.

No new mission is unlocked after this one, however if you're playing through in the order of our guide, you'll still have missions for Maria Latore, so we'll head there next.
