Toni meets Donald on the roof of his skyscraper again where, despite all of Toni's efforts so far, the election is still not won. It's too close to call, so Donald wants Toni to steal some of the uncounted votes so they can be replaced with their own. Turns out Donald wasn't so against vote rigging after all!

Follow The Ballot Van

Once outside, you'll be told to follow the ballot van, marked by a blue blip on the radar. Grab a vehicle and head North. You should run into the van around Belleville Park.

Don't attack the ballot van, just follow it, and wait for it to stop. Eventually it'll pull over just under the curved road near the Shoreside Elevator Bridge. A courier will run up to the ballot van and get in, then a few seconds later get back out. You need to whack him, ideally before he gets in his car and disappears. Just shoot him and he'll drop the ballot papers which you then need to collect.

The van will move on to its next stop at the opposite end of Belleville Park, so collect the first lot of ballot papers then make your way to the second location, following the van if it's still moving.

A second courier will get in and out, so kill him the second he's on foot with a red arrow above his head and pick up the ballot papers then get back in your vehicle and follow the van again.

The third stop is just in front of the AmCo building. The same task applies here, kill the courier once he's picked up the ballots from the van, then collect them from beside his body.

Mission Passed!
