Toni's tasked with assassinating three famous celebrities before they give a radio interview.
Cutscene
Toni heads into the confession booth again and asks for further forgiveness. Father Ned tells him the cult of celebrity has gone too far. They're giving radio interviews instead of an exclusive to a hardworking newspaper journalist. They need to be destroyed!
The camera cuts to the outside of a radio station downtown, explaining they're going to give an interview before tonight's premiere.
We then see a helicopter flying in from Shoreside Vale and are told the actress Faith W is on her way.
Elsewhere in Liberty City, we see gangster turned actor DB-P on a boat making it's way from Portland to Staunton.
He'll then switch to a bullet-proof Patriot when he arrives in Staunton.
Finally we see aging alcoholic actor Black Lightman who is checking out from rehab and arriving in a limo.
The camera then cuts to the outside of Phil's Gun Shop and Toni is told he can get heavy weapons from there.
Whack The Actors
Once Toni appears on foot, you'll be told you can't allow any of the celebrities to reach the LCFR radio station. If you don't have a rocket launcher I'd strongly advise going to Phil's to buy one now.
Although you can take on the celebs in any order you like, there is a fairly ideal route to take which allows you to take out all three of them fairly quickly.
Head to the junction at the South-West of the multistory car park, near Toni's safehouse. Black Lightman's limo and DB-P's bullet-proof Patriot will both pass that point. If you wait there with a rocket launcher you can take them both out, if not at the same time, very quickly together.
Once they're both done for, make your way to the South-West end of Belleville Park. The helicopter will fly overhead and slow down, dropping fairly low near the billboards next to the freeway to the West of the island. This is your perfect opportunity to take it down with a well placed rocket.
Once all three actors are dead, you'll need to get back to the cathedral to let Father know.
Cutscene
Toni heads inside to confirm the good news. Father thanks him for helping the paper's circulation triple since he started helping. The man behind the curtain runs out of the cathedral before Toni asks "what the fuck?". Turns out the Father was actually Ned Burner, a journalist, using the confession booth to get exclusives for the Liberty Tree newspaper. Now it all makes sense why that's where Toni needed to deliver everything!

TRANSCRIPT
"The premiere of the movie Fubar was marred today when its three stars, Faith W., Black Lightman and DB-P were slain dramatically on the streets of Liberty City. TV moguls were swift to declare the actors "really were dead, and this wasn't just a cheap publicity stunt for the upcoming TV show Celebrity Liberty City Survivor".
