Rampages

Much like GTA III and Vice City which came just before it, GTA Advance includes 21 rampages to find and complete. Each rampage has 2 separate spawn points and you can start the mission at either of them, however if you fail, you'll need to go to the other spawn to attempt it again.

Completing Rampages

Simply walk over a rampage icon to start the mission.

Once it starts, you'll be given a specific weapon with infinite ammo and be tasked with killing a set number of enemies without dying yourself - before the 2 minute time limit runs out.

Lots of enemies will spawn on the streets nearby which makes these challenges quite easy, however, the enemies will attempt to attack you so you'll need to keep moving. Holding R to strafe is very important to completing rampages so you can back away from enemies while continuing to face them and blast away. They're not very intelligent so they'll run straight towards you meaning you can often clear out the target kills quite quickly.

If you need extra help tracking down the rampages, enable cheat mode by pressing A + B + Start together. This will display your coordinates at the side of the screen. You can use them to head to the exact location of each rampage.

Rampage Rewards

Each successful rampage will award the player with $1,000. You will also be given some ammo for the weapon used in the rampage. Completing all 7 rampages on an island will award around 1.5% towards 100% completion.

Portland Rampages

There are 7 rampages to find and complete in Portland. Each one has 2 separate spawn points, however each rampage only needs to be completed once. They are all accessible from the start of the game.

Rampage #1
