8-Ball	One of the girls came back with a name. Apparently, Vinnie was involved with a sleazy barman named Jonnie. He runs a bar in the Red Light District and he's expecting Vinnie to meet him at the docks today. Watch out for him though, he's involved in all kinds of dodgy business.
Mike	Thanks for your help, 8-Ball. You helped me out of a tight spot, let me know if I can return the favor.
8-Ball	Man, you don't owe me a thing. Just keep your head in check and don't go vigilante on the world.

Head to Portland Harbor in a vehicle and meet Jonnie the bartender near the water by parking in the blue square.

Jonnie will be seen running over to meet you.

Cutscene

Jonnie	Who are you and where's Vinnie?
Mike	Vinnie's dead. I'm his partner and I want to know what you know about his death.
Jonnie	Vinnie's dead? I don't believe it. That lousy lowlife owed me money. His partner, eh? Good, you can make up for his debt while I find out who did it. Take me to my bar.

Jonnie gets into the car as we see a number of enemies run towards the vehicle.

Cutscene

Jonnie	Shit, not the homecoming party I wanted. Let's get the hell out of here.

As soon as you start to leave the docks, a bunch of gangsters will show up and chase you. Run over a few of them and you'll spot a few cars who give chase. You either need to lose them or blow them up. I was lucky in that I crashed into one of their cars which flipped over and blew up the other two, but if you drive down some tight alleyways it's pretty easy to lose them. You do have a 60 second time limit to lose them though which is displayed on the screen.

Once you're free of the goons, you'll be asked to take Jonnie to his bar.

Cutscene

Jonnie	Nice job. You lost them. Take me back to the bar.

Park up in the blue square outside his bar when you arrive.

Cutscene

Jonnie	Somebody's got it in for me. Take them out, Mike. I'll wait here.

As you arrive in the Red Light District, Jonnie will tell you some people want to kill him, so you'll need to take them out. There's a few to the South, and there may be one or two more who will attack the car.

The best solution seems to be to get straight back into the car, and use that to run over the enemies.

As you'll see from the screenshot below, as long as you kill the enemies before you blow up the car, it doesn't actually matter if you destroy the vehicle. I blew it up but still completed the mission.

Jonnie	Thanks. Come back later once I've got a hand on things.

Mission Passed!

You'll receive a pager message from Jonnie right after the mission telling you to come to the bar, which you're right outside of.
