Hidden Packages
Map, screenshot and text locations of all 100 hidden packages scattered across Liberty City on the GameBoy Advance.
Much like GTA III and Vice City which came just before it, GTA Advance includes 100 hidden packages to find and collect. For every 10 packages you collect you'll unlock a new weapon at your safehouse meaning free ammo, so they're definitely worth hunting down as soon as possible.
Collecting Packages
Simply walk over a package to collect it. You'll know when you see one as they're surrounded by a neon pink ring.
If you need extra help tracking down the packages, enable cheat mode by pressing A + B + Start together. This will display your coordinates at the side of the screen. You can use them to head to the exact location of each package.

Portland Hidden Packages
There are 33 hidden packages to collect in Portland. They are all accessible from the start of the game.

Found in Callahan Point (Coords: 38, 233)
Half way along a wooden pier sticking out at the South-West of Portland. If you're on foot, the game won't let you fall in the water so don't panic.

In the center of a parking lot just off the main road.

Found in Atlantic Quays (Coords: 116, 218)
Between the 2nd and 3rd of three buildings, heading West to East.

On the pavement to the North of the main road.

Found in Portland Harbor (Coords: 176, 223)
In the middle of a large tarmac area at the Portland Harbor. There's not many points of reference, but head North between the building and sea wall and you'll find it in the large grey space.

Near some cranes towards the end of one of the large harbor piers.

Slight North-West from the previous one, this is tucked between two warehouses at the harbor.

Right at the North-East end of the Harbor, you'll find this at the corner of a warehouse near the yellow sea wall and blue water.

There are 36 hidden packages to collect on Staunton Island. They are all accessible once you have access by completing the mission "Race To Run".

You'll find it next to a boat moored at the docks at the end of a wooden pier. If you're collecting the packages as soon as you arrive in Staunton Island, there'll be a mission to start here for King Courtney, but you can run past the mission marker and collect the package without triggering it. You can't fall in the water so stay at the side of the pier as you run past.
