Claude meets Donald Love at the top of his building. This time he's wearing a suit. He tells Claude that "nothing drives down real estate prices like a good old fashioned gang war, apart from an outbreak of plague... but that might be going too far in this case". Donald has noticed the Colombians and Yakuza are far from friends and wants to capitalise on the business opportunity.

He wants Claude to kill the Yakuza Waka-gashira, Kenji Kasen. He's attending a meeting at the top of the multi-story car park in Newport. Claude must get a Cartel gang car and eliminate him so the Yakuza blame the Cartel for this declaration of war.

Once back outside, you'll be told to acquire a Colombian gang car.

Hopefully you brought one with you from the previous mission, but if not you'll find one near the construction site.

Make your way North towards Newport and the multi-story car park.

The meeting is taking place on the roof, so you'll need to head up the ramps on each floor.

Cutscene

The camera cuts to Kenji and other members of the Yakuza standing around, waiting for their meeting to begin.

Cars are parked to block the road and Yakuza soldiers are standing guard.

Make your way up to the top floor, but enter via the Northern-most ramp.

Once on top, simply speed straight down the left side of the car park and run over Kenji. As long as you hit him with enough speed, it shouldn't take too much effort to wipe him out.

Once he's dead you'll need to escape the area.

Because you attacked from the North (right?), you'll be able to hit the concrete stunt jump ramp at the South and escape the car park pretty quickly after taking him down.

Jump to the road below. It doesn't matter if you flip or trash the car, you just need to get out of there quickly.

Once you're on the ground you'll be told to get out of Newport, so just head down the street or into Belleville Park.

Once you're far enough away, you'll have to exit the vehicle and the mission will be complete.

Mission Passed!
