Kenji explains that "to be truly strong, it is important that you never show weakness". The businesses fortunte enough to have Yakuza protection will settle their accounts today. Kenji wants Claude to collect the money so it can be entered into the casino accounts.

Once on foot, you'll actually be given no further instructions besides a light blue blip on the radar which marks the location of your first pick up. It's on the sidewalk across the road from the subway entrance and it's just sitting there waiting to be collected.

Once you've grabbed the briefcase, you'll then need to head more into downtown for the next one which will also be marked on the radar. This time there's a Diablo gangster standing by and he'll open fire as you approach, so mow him down with your car.

Once he's dead you can pick up the briefcase in peace.

The third pickup is from Uncle BJ's Deli & Groceries, a corner shop just South of the stadium, near Belleville Park. When you arrive, you'll see a blue marker to mark in.

Cutscene

Claude walks up to the entrance where he's met by an angry man, who we assume is Bob, the #1 employee, who tells him he can't pay him, and wouldn't pay even if he could.

Some young gang just jacked out the place and took everything. "You guys are useless. What kind of Yakuza are YOU anyway...?".

Despite being given no information about who this gang was, or where they're hiding, the game informs us to punish the gang responsible and retrieve the protection money, with a marker placed on the map in Hepburn Heights on Portland.

Make your way to Portland, with the Callahan Bridge probably being the quickest route, although you could take the Porter Tunnel which will bring you out near Hepburn Heights too.

When you arrive, you'll see a gang of Diablos hanging around in the park, surrounding the briefcase. They're all marked with blue arrows above their heads, but you don't actually need to kill them. Your only objective is to collect the briefcase.

You can run in and grab the briefcase and flee the area without hurting anyone...

Or... You can run over or drive-by all of the Diablos and pick up the cash in relative safety. Let's be honest, this is the route you're going down. This is Grand Theft Auto after all.

Once you've acquired the briefcase, you need to get it back to Kenji's casino.

Make your way back to Southern Staunton Island, then head to the back of the casino and park up in the blue marker.

Cutscene

Claude runs up the stairs and into the casino to deliver more cash for Kenji.

Mission Passed!
