Claude turns up to see Kenji at his casino, who storms over furiously, telling him it's fitting he chose this moment to show his worthless face!

It would appear Claude's attempts to dissuade the Jamaicans from becoming bed fellows with the Cartel were wholly inadequate! Yardie pushers line Liberty's streets selling packets of SPANK like they were selling hotdogs! Kenji thinks the Cartel are laughing at him and will give Claude one last chance to prove his sister's faith in him to be well founded! He wants Claude to run these scumbags into the ground and wash his shame in rivers of their enemies' blood.

Once outside, you'll be informed that you must murder at least 8 Yardie dealers.

You'll have to kill them quickly. Once they've pushed their SPANK, they're off the streets.

The first two Yardie dealers are always marked on the map at the start of the mission. One is inside the Southern end of Belleville Park and another is on the sidewalk next to the road at the West side of Staunton Island, not far from Belleville Park.

Grab a fast vehicle and speed over to them. Although there's no actual time limit on the screen, each Yardie dealer is only available for around a minute then they'll disappear.

You can drive-by or run over the targets and once they're dead, usually another two dealers will appear on the map in different parts of the city. Other dealers will also appear over time, but others will disappear too. You should try to remember which blips appeared in which order so you don't waste your time heading to an area where the dealers are about to disappear. Pause the game and check the map after each kill to work out the nearest target.

There are lots of dealers to take down, and many of them will spawn relatively close together, so hitting the target of 8 should be manageable.

Keep speeding across town, and ideally target areas where there are a few blips close together.

Whether it's random or not, I was able to kill two Yardies on the same stretch of sidewalk near the stadium which helped a lot with the 8 kill target.

Once you've gotten 8 kills, you can simply wait for the rest of the Yardies to disappear. Each additional kill will award a $1,000 bonus, but it's unlikely you'll need the money at this point in the game so I personally wouldn't worry about anything more than the 8 kills.
