Claude knocks on the back door of Luigi's club where he's met by his assistant, Mickey Hamfists, who passes over a letter.

In it, Luigi tells Claude about a new drug on the street called SPANK. Some wiseguy at Portland Harbor has been introducing the stuff to his girls. He wants Claude to introduce a bat to his face, then take his car and respray it as compensation for this insult!

Once on foot you'll be told to pick up the bat. Assuming you've never acquired a weapon in GTA, you collect items by running over them on foot.

Run across the road and into the bat which will be added to your inventory. You'll also find a bat right outside each of your safehouses.

Once you've collected it, grab a vehicle and make your way to Portland Harbor, marked with a green blip on the radar.

Once you arrive, you'll spot the dealer hanging out with two of Luigi's girls.

You can simply drive your car into him and flatten him, park nearby, then get out and beat him to death with your shiny new bat, or shoot him if you've already acquired a gun. Either way he won't take too much effort to put down.

Once he's dead, you'll be told to get into his car, a Stallion, and to get it resprayed. The destination will now switch to the Pay 'n' Spray, marked with a pink blip on the radar, which will be a very important point of interest throughout the game.

Once you arrive back in the Red Light District, drive inside the Pay 'n' Spray to repair and repaint the car.

You're now told to make your way to Luigi's lockup, also marked with a pink blip, which is a small garage across the road from the hospital in Portland View.

When you arrive, drive into the blue marker and wait for the garage door to open, then drive the car inside. Exit the vehicle and head back outside the garage on foot.

Mission Passed!
