Max Payne 3 Official Box Art

Rockstar is finally ready to reveal the cover art (aka box art) for Max Payne 3:


Realistically not much of a change from the placeholder accompanying the announcement last fall but it does remind us that the game is getting ever closer to being in our hands.

The cover art features a battle-scarred Max against the torrid backdrop of São Paulo's helicopter-strewn skyline - alongside the danger of the city's underground criminal element and one of its Brazilian bombshells. It will be available as a wallpaper soon.

Max Payne 3 will be available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 15, 2012 in North America and May 18, 2012 in Europe, with the PC version launching on May 29th, 2012 in North America and June 1st, 2012 in Europe.
