Butchering the Butcher

Meet Casa at his deli, before going over to the Liberty Sawmill. You attempt to kill him with an industrial angle-grinder, and that leads him to run away. Once you get close, lamp him with the hatchet to take him down and then you can kill him. Lose the wanted level and take the "sausage meat a la Casa" to the deli.
