Dropping In

Introduction

Bulgarin wants you to kill Ashvilli, the owner of the Liberty City Rampage ice hockey team because he wont sell the club to you. You're parachuting onto the roof of their building than making your way inside to take them out.

Fly In, Fly Out

Wait for Bulgarin's goon Timur to get in your vehicle then make your way over to the helipad in Algonquin. Get into the helicopter and fly up high, going through the pink rings. Once you've climbed to the maximum height, parachute out and glide to the heli pad marked with a large ring. Land on the roof and you'll see a cutscene where a guy spots you on CCTV.

Head inside. If you need body armour, there's some left as you go down the stairs. Then go through the yellow doors and into the first room where there are four enemies for you to kill.

Once they're dead, drop down the elevator shaft to the floor below where there will be four to five more enemies to kill, most of them will be behind cover but there may be two on foot by the elevator shaft, so watch out for them.

Into the next room and there are three more enemies to kill, plus one on the stairs as you head down.

Now onto the final floor you'll see two enemies behind a desk to the right, and perhaps two to the left, plus about 5 or 6 in the room through the glass windows. Use auto aim and keep moving to take them out, then you'll be able to execute Ashvilli. If you did it from close range he'll fall to a gruesome death on the concrete a decent number of floors below. You then need to parachute out of the window and try to land on the truck which Bulgarin's assistant is driving. If you fail to land on it, two cars with two guards in each will come after you, so you'll have to kill them or lose them in order to pass the mission. To land on the truck, when you jump out of the window, immediately hold forward on the left analog stick and try to fly past the corner of the building and then pull the parachute quite high up to you can glide onto it.

Mission 100% Completion Tips

In order to improve your time, get to the helipad as quickly as you can. Other than that, just move through the building as quickly as you can, while aiming carefully and trying to keep your accuracy up. A shotgun is a good idea for this mission. Grab the body armor before you go into the first room which will hopefully mean you'll still have over 60% health left when you finish the mission. I think to get the perfect landing objective you need to pull back on the analog stick when you're coming in to land, and obviously for the truck landing, you need to make it onto the back of the truck. As mentioned in the main guide above, if you kill Ashvilli from close range, he'll go through the window and plummet to his death.
