Introduction

Tony wants to go and make a deal with Niko and Packie in order to get Gracie back. He's willing to swap the diamonds for her.

Dealin' Diamonds

Get into Tony's car and make your way to Pier 69. Once you arrive, head down to the jetty and get in the boat.

Make your way to Charge Island where the deal is going down. Once you arrive, watch the cutscene. You'll make the exchange, then as you're leaving, a guy will jump onto the boat and hang onto the back.

You need to shake him loose. Get some speed, then shake the boat left and right, and also up and down. He should fly off after a few shakes if you're going fast enough.

Once he's gone, drive back to Pier 69 where Tony will drop you off.

Mission 100% Completion Tips

This mission is very straight forward. Drive to the pier as quick as you can, sprint down to the boat, and speed the boat over to the meet. After the cutscene, speed the boat back to the pier, and shake it about to get the guy off quickly. The more speed you have, the more chance he'll fly off when you shake him. Then just speed back to the pier as fast as you can. Don't worry about slowing down for the pink triangle mission markers, you can speed straight into them and it'll automatically stop you.
