Cleaning House
Vic is sent to help Phil Cassidy reclaim his house from the Cholos.
Vic tells Jerry he's got to get rid of that stuff because it's making him nervous, explaining he's not into drugs. Jerry cuts him off and tells him to chill the fuck out. "Who are you going to get in trouble with? I'm your superior officer...".
Vic doubles down and tells Jerry that drugs aren't his scene, while Jerry chops up some lines of coke and snorts it off his desk. "You like guns, huh? They don't give you a moral problem I mean?". Vic says no. "Good, cause I know a guy who can sell all the guns we can get him."
Vic is panicking again and tells Jerry this feels a bit heavy, but he's told he'll make a whole pile of cash for nothing so he can buy that sick brother of his a whole lot of candy. After inhaling another face full of powder, he tells Vic all he has to do is pick up the money from his contact who is down over by the docks.
Outside, you'll be told to go and meet Phil Cassidy who is marked with a pink blip on the radar.
Grab a vehicle - Martinez's Streetfighter bike works well enough - and make your way to his place at the very South-East part of the island.
When you arrive, walk into the pink marker to enter Phil's shooting range.
The camera pans along a line of shooting range participants, each firing off their pistols until we reach Phil who is blasting away with a heavy machine gun.
Phil welcomes Vic, saying Jerry told him he was coming. Vic asks for the money he was sent to collect but Phil explains "I ain't a bank... I don't have it on me, but I'll take you to it".
Back outside, you're told to get into Phil's truck, which is right in front of you marked with a blue arrow.
Once inside, you'll be directed to Phil's old place which is just up the road to the North, marked with a pink blip on the radar.
Make your way there and pull up in the pink marker when you arrive.
Phil explains he's been having trouble with them Cholo boys.
"What the hell is a Cholo?" asks Vic. "Bunch of Mexican Gang-bangers. Bad boys, trying to take over all the gun running in town". Vic's not really interested and asks where his money is as the camera cuts in close to the Cholos having a party at the house.
Phil explains the funny thing is, the money is under the floorboards at his old place, but the Cholo evicted him so he can't get to it. Vic tells him he'll get to it as Phil leaves in his truck.
You now need to get rid of the Cholos outside Phil's place.
You should have a weapon on you, so head across the road and open fire. This might be the first time you've used a gun in the game, so you'll be told how to lock on to targets with R1 and how to switch targets by pressing D-Pad Left or Right.
Most of the people outside will run away when the firefight starts, but there are two Cholos marked with red arrows who you'll need to kill.
Once they're both down, you'll be told to enter the house. Walk into the blue arrow next to the door to head inside.
You'll be told to deal with the rest of the Cholo in the house. There's only two of them and they're unarmed so they should be easy work.
Back outside, you're told to take the money back to Martinez, who is marked with a pink blip on the radar.
You'll find him in the usual place at the army base, so grab a vehicle and make your way there.
When you arrive, drive into the pink marker.
