The Offer

Salvatore hopes to bribe his way past the ferry worker strike at Portland Harbor.

Cutscene

Salvatore's not happy. He organised the ferry worker strike at the docks so his boys could offload some drugs, but now he's being denied 24-hour access to the docks, rendering his hard work useless. He wants Toni to pay off their Union Leader, Jane Hopper, and tell her he wants a word with her.

Harboring Trouble

Grab a vehicle and make your way to the Portland Harbor entrance. You don't have to follow the road, but it's the safest way there. Drive into the yellow marker when you arrive.

Cutscene

Jane Hopper gladly accepts Salvatore's donation, but says she's not playing his game then walks off and sets her boys on Toni. They ambush him with baseball bats.

Your only objective is to survive and escape the docks. There are a few ways around this mission, but ultimately, you just need to get out of there, ideally to the North and onto Portland Beach.

If you know where the ambush takes place, you can park a vehicle nearby before visiting the harbor entrance, that way when you get ambushed, you can run straight to your bike or car and drive away.

You can kill the enemies, which makes your escape a lot simpler, but with them chasing so closely behind, it's harder to get the chance to aim. You'll likely also end up with a wanted level after a few kills which isn't ideal.

If you've completed the Paramedic missions you'll have unlimited sprint, which will allow you to sprint to the North of the warehouses and run all of the way to the beach without stopping.
