Taking The Peace

Cutscene

Toni answers the phone at Liberty Campus and Salvatore tells him he's got something for him and he's going to love it. There's a van parked near by, he wants Toni to give him a call when he finds it.

Find The Van

After the cutscene you'll be told to get to the van. It's not far away, parked right in front of the hospital to the North so run over and get in.

Toni gets in the van and tells Salvatore he's there.

The camera then cuts to outside of the casino. Salvatore tells him they've messed around with Paulie Sindacco's car. He's supposed to be going to meet the Forellis to broker a peace deal, but Toni can remotely control Paulie's car. Salvatore wants him to use the gear in the van to control the car and mess up the meet.

After the cutscene, the camera is locked to Paulie Sindacco's car and a message on the screen tells us to press the accelerate button to take control. You can watch him drive around, probably a lot more carefully than you ever have, and eventually upon pressing the button, the camera will switch to first person, with green scanlines and you'll be told to take out the Forellis at the meet before Sindacco finds the control system.

A timer and damage meter will appear on the screen as soon as you take control and you have 5 minutes to complete the job. You're also told that the satellite controls for Sindacco's car will be slow to respond to you, so there's essentially a bit of input lag.

The meet is happening down an alleyway just South of Belleville Park, so once you're in control of the car, accelerate and run the Forellis over. They're all marked with a red arrow above their heads.

Obviously they'll start shooting at you immediately and you'll need to speed back and forth quite a few times to run them all over, but the majority of them stay fairly stationary making them easier targets than they could be.

Once they're all dead, Paulie will scream out for help.

Cutscene

The camera pans across the devastation with tens of dead bodies lying in the alleyway before one of the Forelli cars explodes.

The camera then jumps back to Toni inside the black van at the hospital.

Mission Passed!

A short time after the mission, Toni will receive a phone call from Salvatore, unlocking another mission, this time from the public phone in Belleville Park.
