Cutscene

Toni enters Donald's flop-house where he's immediately told a reporter witnessed them killing Avery and has photos. Toni tells him to calm down and asks where he can find the reporter. Apparently he's been working an undercover job at the church on Staunton... Toni must to get the photos and bury him.

Reporting On Your Death

Once outside, grab a vehicle and make your way to Staunton Island, then South to the church.

Once you arrive, exit your vehicle and walk into the yellow marker which will lead to the enclosed cemetary behind the church building.

Cutscene

Toni walks up to the reporter and asks where the photos of him are. The reporter plays dumb and claims he doesn't know what he's talking about.

You need to intimidate the reporter, which simply requires either aiming a weapon at him until the scare meter is full or punching him a few times. It should only take a few seconds. Don't shoot him though, obviously.

Once the meter is full, he'll tell you the photos are stashed at his lock-up. Head back out to the main road and the reporter will come with you, getting in your vehicle.

Head South to the reporter's lock-up which just so happens to be in the same place you delivered all of that information to the Liberty Tree earlier in the story.

Cutscene

The reporter tells Toni the photos haven't been processed yet and he can take them, but as he picks up the camera, the flash goes off, blinding him, and allowing the reporter the chance to jump on his Faggio and flee.

You'll need to run outside and grab a vehicle to chase after and kill Ned Burner. There's a Faggio right there you can take if you don't have your own vehicle nearby.

Follow him North then through the Cathedral grounds and back onto the main street, by which point you should have been able to catch him and fill him with drive-by bullets. If not, he'll continue on a long (possibly endless) journey around the whole of Staunton Island, starting by going through Belleville Park and then heading past your safehouse.

Ned Burner's Faggio is unique. It's a custom shade of yellow, has bullet-proof tires and will fall through 'blue hell' when driven into water. It's technically classed as a "heavy bike" as it will nudge cars out of the way and knock lampposts down like they're nothing, but it's not as fast as the heavy PCJ-600 you can get courtesy of a glitch in "9MM Mayhem". You can save it in your garage after the mission if you want to keep it all the same.
