Toni must track down a dealer who hasn't been pulling his weight and force him to get back to work.

Cutscene

Vincenzo has a dealer in Chinatown that hasn't brought him any money, so he's either slacking or keeping all the profits he's making. He's holed up at the park in Saint Mark's, across from Salvatore's.

Picking Up The Slacker

Grab a vehicle and make your way to the park in Saint Mark's. It's at the top of the hill, not far from the entrance to Salvatore's mansion. Once there, park in the yellow marker near the dealer.

Cutscene

The dealer tells Toni he can't work because he's sick and might be back tomorrow... Or the next day... Toni is having none of it and tells him he's going back to work right now.

Get in your vehicle and ensure the dealer follows you, then make your way to the destination in Chinatown.

Dealer's Gotta Deal

While you're driving there, the dealer says he's gonna get his head chopped off by the Sindaccos, which seems to be the real reason he didn't show up for work...

Pull up in the yellow marker when you arrive.

Cutscene

The dealer gets out and actually starts dealing.

Notes

Time to reintroduce you to the families. You know what your Leone family looks like, but now the others. The Triads are Chinese and they walk Chinatown in blue dragon jumpsuits. The Diablos stalk in the small Hepburn Heights area, but there's a new gang in town - the Sindaccos. These dudes hang around the Red Light District wearing leather jackets and regularly talking about their boss, Paulie Sindacco.
