Cutscene

Donald's back on the roof of his skyscraper and tells Toni there's some vote rigging at play in their election campaign. The Forelli's own a silent share in a company making voting machines and it would be useful if they suffered a MAJOR malfunction.

The camera cuts to the outside of Phil Cassidy's Gun Shop where Toni can acquire equipment to distrup the Forelli campaign.

Torch The Ballots

Once outside, you'll need to make your way to Phil Cassidy's Fully Cocked Gun Shop, marked by an American flag on the radar. Once you arrive, pull into the yellow marker outside.

Cutscene

We watch Toni enter the shop from outside, while he is informed Donald Love has paid for a flamethrower.

Walk up to the counter and stand in the yellow marker to purchase a weapon. Donald's already got this one covered and everything else is currently out of stock so select the Flame-Thrower then make your way outside and get in your vehicle again.

You need to make your way North to Fort Staunton where you'll find the Forelli Warehouse full of dodgy ballot papers. When you arrive, you'll notice a few Forelli goons outside. Once you get too close they'll open fire, then the fun begins.

You may want to grab the grenades from between the two parked vans outside first, then head inside. There are around 5 Forelli enemies inside which you should try to take out as quickly as you can, although be aware more enemies will continually arrive until you complete the objective.

Once you've killed the initial enemies, switch to your Flame-Thrower and burn the ballot pallets marked with a red arrow. The game will keep you updated with how many stacks are remaining.

After a few of the pallets are burnt, a bunch more Forelli's will arrive, so take them out quickly before they gang up on you.

You'll need to continue burning the ballots until they're all gone, then destroy the two printing machines. You can torch them with the Flame-Thrower, but if you're running low on ammo, tossing one of those grenades from outside will do the job. If you happen to run out of flamethrower ammo, you'll be told you can get more ammo from Phil's gun shop, but that's pretty far away so use explosives or molotovs if you have them instead.

Run outside, grab a vehicle - the conveniently parked Sanchez just around the corner works well - and chase after the vans, filling them with lead from your drive-by shooting. Keep blasting away until they're both destroyed.

Mission Passed!

The game will inform you that new stock has been delivered to Phil Cassidy's Gun Shop.
