Calm Before The Storm
Toni follows a Sicilian heavy called Massimo in his helicopter because Salvatore smells a rat.
To Salvatore's Mansion
Upon appearing on foot, you'll be told you need to reach Salvatore's mansion by a certain time. This is one hour 40 minutes (or 1 minute 40 seconds in real time) after you start the mission, so quickly grab a vehicle and make your way through Saint Mark's to Salvatore's mansion, then pull into the yellow marker.
Follow That Helicopter
You're tasked with following the helicopter and not letting it get too far away from your view. If you don't have one already, you should probably grab a bike from Salvatore's car park, then make your way along his dirt track to the main road.
The helicopter will fly straight down over the rooftop gardens, then cut to the right and straight down to Hepburn Heights. Once you pass the grassy hill under the train tracks a cutscene should trigger.
Massimo will take off again and you'll need to follow him. Cut through the construction site and head up through the Red Light District past the Pay 'n' Spray and JD's club, then turn right.
Continue along the main road alongside the train track past Chinatown and Massimo's helicopter will appear to slow down.
Head into the alleyway and up the stairs into the yellow marker to continue the mission.
There are 6 or 7 Triad enemies on the rooftops, two of which use sniper rifles which can take a big chunk of your health out. Run around and blast away the Triads, grabbing the adrenaline pill if you need the benefit of slow motion.
More enemies will appear at the bottom of the stairs, and additional Triads behind the two parked trucks at the entrance to the alley. You'll also probably start receiving a wanted level at this point, but ignore the cops as it'll be cleared soon.
Kill the remainder of the Triads and the job is completed, where your wanted level is automatically cleared.

Stealing The Damage Proof Helicopter!
After reaching Chinatown, instead of walking into the yellow marker, climb to the top of the stairs and carefully try to jump onto the wall next to the stairs. If you managed to get on top, you'll be standing on an invisible wall.
Don't drop down onto the roof though, or you'll be spotted. Instead, walk along the invisible wall to the other end of the alleyway. You can then drop onto the roof and none of the enemies will see you. You can even stand right next to Massimo and no one will care.
Getting in his helicopter will surprisingly allow you to take it and fly away, however if you fly too far from Chinatown you'll automatically fail the mission and Toni will instantly die.
There is a trick you can do to keep the helicopter after the mission though. The helicopter is damage proof, so no matter how much you fly into solid walls, it'll never explode. You need to very carefully land it next to the billboard on the rooftop where you'll see some golden colored barrels. You don't need to be careful about damaging it, but the helicopter will spin out of control when the blades touch something, so it'll take a lot of effort to get it where you want it. Ensure that it's facing North and that the pilot's-side door is as close to the billboard as possible. You essentially need to block the door so the pilot can't get out.
Once you've managed to land it in the correct position, walk into the yellow marker which will trigger the next part of the mission with a cutscene. Immediately after the cutscene, sprint to the helicopter, which should only be a few steps away from you, and attempt to get into the passenger door. Toni will pull out Massimo and try to climb in, but because the pilot can't get out, he'll climb out the passenger side. You'll need to quickly attempt to get in again and if done correctly, Toni will be in control of the helicopter, this time with no distance limit.
You can fly the helicopter to Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale and even over the ocean and behind the map, just be careful that if you go too far, the game will crash.
It's not really feasible to save the helicopter in your garage as it's too big to get inside, so make use of it while you have it.
