Taking Out The Laundry
The Triads aren't paying their protection money, so Toni wants Claude destroy their laundry vans.
Once you're on foot, you'll spot three dark red blips on the radar indicating each of the Triad laundry vans you need to destroy. There's also a gun icon on the radar which leads you to 8-Ball's bomb shop in Harwood where you'll find some free Grenades to collect. You can use these to quickly blow up the Triad vans, but they're dangerous.
If you choose to pick up the Grenades first, the game will tell you that the longer you hold the throw / shoot button, the further you'll throw them.
Tapping the shoot button essentially drops a grenade at your feet which is sure to cause significant damage as you'll be caught in the blast. If you're going to use them, you need to keep a good distance between yourself and your target and ensure you throw them almost as far as you can otherwise you'll wipe out most of your health and armor in seconds. Add in any exploding vehicles nearby and you'll be wasted quickly.
The Grenades are completely optional, however. If you've stocked up on Uzi ammo from Ammu-Nation or Hidden Package rewards, drive-bying the Triad vans is a much safer way to go about the mission.
Head into Chinatown to track down the vans. They're always on the move so you'll need to pay attention to the map and radar to see where they go. Some of them can actually end up in Saint Mark's.
As you reach each van, either park in front of them to block them and toss a Grenade, or drive alongside them and spray bullets from a drive-by. A Grenade has the benefit that if you get a direct hit, it'll catch fire and blow up fairly instantly, whereas a drive-by will probably lead to a high speed chase until it bursts into flames.I personally find drive-by to be the easiest and safest method, but that depends on how much Uzi ammo you've picked up.
Remember - there's no time limit, so just take your time and get the job done as safely as possible.
Continue to track down all three vans and destroy them however you deem necessary.
