A member of the Diablo gang has been pimping his girls in Luigi's back yard. He wants Claude to take care of him.
Once on foot, your main objective is to hunt down the Diablo car and kill the two people inside. If you don't have a gun, you can first stop off at Ammu-Nation where you'll find a pistol in the back alley near the gun range.
Whether you choose to get the gun or not, you'll ultimately want to grab a vehicle and chase down the Diablo car.
The target car tends to drive somewhat randomly around Hepburn Heights and the Red Light District, but it can head into Saint Marks and even Chinatown too. Follow the browny/red blip on the radar to track them down.
Once you reach them, come up with a plan of action. You can smash into them a few times with your own car, or if they stop at lights, you could park your car in front to block them in then shoot at their car. The Diablo car is locked so you can't steal it or pull the driver out, but once it's taken enough damage, the driver and passenger will exit the vehicle and begin shooting at you.
The two enemies are quite heavily armed, one with an Uzi and the other with a Shotgun, so you'll want to take them out as quickly as possible once they're on foot. The shotgun in particular can set your car on fire in a few quick blasts so be prepared to exit your vehicle and run like hell if you see flames appear.
Run them over or shoot them and don't forget to pick up their weapons once they're dead - they don't need them any more!

- Reward: $4,000
- Luigi's missions have now been completed. You'll probably still have other missions open including:
- Mike Lips Last Lunch (Joey)
- The Crook (Marty Chonks)
- Accessible by answering the payphone just along the road from Joey's garage. It will ring between 09:00 and 19:00 each day, however it's not marked on the map and there's no blue marker next to it.
- The Pistol is now available to purchase from Ammu-Nation, although if you collect 10 hidden packages, you'll be able to pick one up for free from your safehouse.
