Claude returns to Donald Love's building to find it empty, with no sign of him to be found.

Cutscene
Claude heads to Donald Love's rooftop garden, but he's nowhere to be found. After looking around and finding no evidence of where he went, Claude leaves and makes his way back to the ground floor.
You won't receive a mission passed message once the cutscene is over, but that's the end of Donald Love's missions and appearences in GTA 3. Where did he go? The truth may be revealed in GTA: Liberty City Stories...
