Hidden Payphone Mission

This mission is not marked on the map and there's no visible blue marker to stand in to trigger it. You'll need to walk up to the ringing payphone in Trenton to start the mission. It rings between 09:00 and 19:00 each day after you've completed "Drive Misty For Me" for Luigi and the previous mission "The Wife" for Marty Chonks.

Cutscene

Claude answers the ringing payphone where Marty tells him he's in trouble. His wife was seeing some guy he owes money to, and he's real angry and looking for payback. Marty has agreed to meet him. Loverboy thinks he's going to be paid off, but Marty plans to create a new flavor for Liberty City's dogs to enjoy.

Once on foot, you need to head inside the Bitch'n' Dog Food Factory compound where you'll find another one of Marty's cars waiting for you. This time it's a Stallion.

Get inside and you'll be told to pick up his wife's lover.

Make your way to the edge of the Red Light District, not far from where you picked up The Thieves on an earlier mission, where you'll find her lover outside an apartment building.

Park next to him and let him get into the car, then you'll need to head back to the Dog Food Factory.

Once there, drive up to the main gate and wait for it to open so you can head inside then park the car in the blue marker.

Hints & Tips

Before parking in the blue circle, you can get out of your car and walk over to see Marty Chonks standing in the yard. This is the first and only time in the game we actually see him.

Cutscene

Marty's wife's lover, Carl, exits the vehicle and walks over to talk with him. Marty tells him he needs more time to get his money, but Carl is having none of it. He says it's too late for that and he's taking over the business. Carl then pulls out a shotgun and blows Marty away.

Mission Passed!

You can run Carl over to kill him and pick up his shotgun if you need it.

You can also say a final goodbye to Marty Chonks...
