Gone Fishing

Introduction

Ray's new partner is a rat and much like his previous partners, he wants this one eliminated too.

"Ghost"

Head to the dock near Asuka's condo and grab a police boat. Next head across towards Portland and go around the island to the right. When you get close to the lighthouse you will see a cutscene and Ray's partner will take off. Chase after him firing the police boat guns at him and he'll be dead in no time. Watch out for his bombs though.

Additional Notes

Ray's partners boat is one of a kind. It's called "Ghost" and has no interior or skin at all. You'll have to chase him long enough for him to bail from his boat on the beach to get into it though.
