GTA 5 Hint In Episodes From LC Manual?

On page 13 of the Episodes From Liberty City manual is an interesting poster page, which seemingly drops a hint towards the next GTA.

At the top of the page is the GTA4 artwork inside a broken heart, followed by the words Liberty City, It's Over. Next Stop. then a very small crop of what could possibly be GTA5 artwork.
