When I saw this in the manual, I knew it was about the end of GTA4. But something even more interesting:

Next to the ripped is 3 words in red, that state: "opens March everywhere." This is something to do with GTA5, maybe a debut trailer, or some info? Whatever it is, it confirms a new GTA is in the works.

Any chance you can take a better quality scan/photo of it for us?

Just wondering if the torn piece in the corner is the shape of the country or island of the next destination.

It kinda looks like a painting of a snow covered mountain with trees on it, if you ask me.

It does look like the map of France but I've just thought Amsterdam would be a good location.

Jamaican colors signify to me that it's gonna be Caribbean based. Like VC with a Jamaican-ish island to travel to.

TreeFitty, i took advice, and i noticed the same poster is above the seagull theatre.

now check to see if either there is another clue around there, or load up lost and damned or regular gta4 to see what poster was previously there.

It's in The Lost And The Damned (episodes from Liberty City Disc version) as well, and it's an Abandon Shit poster in GTAIV. Does the poster appear in the downloaded version of LATD? I'm guessing it might not be there in that one.


Here's a picture i took of the Seagull theatre in BOGT.

Seeen, I'm seeing a mountain with trees on it...it doesnt look Caribbean at all.

In that picture, I see a sports car with the sun shining down on it, rather than snow-capped mountains. Think about it - look CLOSELY.

me too... i just spent 15 minutes comparing the tear to the state borderlines... the closest thing i found was virginia... also, i begun to think that the tear isn't in fact a tear... i can see a shadow behind it, like it's on top of the poster so, now i'm thinking it's a leaf... a leaf for what tree? then i noticed the background inside of the tear/leaf... i tried to ignore the obvious mountain i see, which is just an illusion but, i still couldn't figure out what it was... my god, i give up... R* was always good at stumping me on shit like this...

Im seeing a mountain with tress now, it looks like it could be boxart. The next GTA could very well be in San Andreas.

I think I have the answer..
The rip i think is artwork for V seeing as the artwork for these games are so well known.
Perhaps in march they will do one of those crazy Coverart revealing things where they put it
all over the side of some buildings. There might be a hint to what building somewhere.

You do know that's the poster inside one of the Prawn Island Porn Studios? VC seems to be a certainty.

That was disproven, it's not actually in Vice City. I check for myself, as my PS2 died long ago.
