The Famous Faces of L.A. Noire Part 2

Anothe rround of famous people you may have noticed in L.A. Noire...


Car salesman Richard Coombs from the "A Slip of the Tongue" Traffic desk case is portrayed by renowned character actor Kurt Fuller, likely known to many for numerous film roles as a scheming villain (Wayne's World, Ghostbusters II, No Holds Barred) as well as playing Karl Rove in the TV spoof That's My Bush!.



Another veteran of TV and film, Daniel Roebuck plays sleazy film producer Mark Bishop from Traffic desk case "The Fallen Idol". Having recently appeared in Lost, Roebuck is also known for his roles as Deputy Marshal Bobby Biggs in both The Fugitive & US Marshals, as Ben Matlock's last partner Cliff Lewis during the final seasons of Matlock, and for a memorable turn channeling late night TV talk show host Jay Leno in the HBO adaptation of The Late Shift.



Henry Arnett, one of the persons-of-interest in "The Naked City" case is played by Matthew Del Negro, who you might recognize from reoccurring roles on United States of Tara, The Sopranos & The West Wing.



Another great renowned character actor with a long and distinguished career, Ken Lerner plays Walter Mensch, the proprietor of Mensch's Bar in "The Studio Secretary Murder" Homicide case. In addition to having appeared in the 1977 Ron Howard film Grand Theft Auto (no relation), Lerner also had numerous roles on iconic American sitcoms and dramas from the 1970s and 80s, including Laverne & Shirley, Happy Days, The Greatest American Hero, The A-Team and Hill Street Blues.



LAPD forensics expert and real-world historical figure Ray Pinker is played by JD Cullum. Like so many of L.A. Noire's performers, Cullum has appeared on Mad Men in addition to his numerous other television roles including appearances in Weeds, Law & Order, 24 and Star Trek: The Next Generation. He's also made appearances in feature films like Leatherheads, Forever Young, Reversal of Fortune and most notably the civil war epic Glory.


With so many famous faces, we can only wonder how many celebrities Grand Theft Auto 5 will boast...
