1975 Eldorado Convertible:
QUOTE (fact page for the blue Cadillac)
In 1975 Cadillac built only 8.950 Eldorados as convertibles. New for this model year was the squad headlamps and open rear wheel opening. GM thought that the Eldorado looks a bit sportier without fenders skirts... This Eldorado body built by Fisher (the same for 1976) was the last big open American car - built in an era when cars looked like cars and had the right size! Furthermore, this car was equipped with the biggest engine ever installed in a serialproduced personal vehicle. In fact even bigger than the V10 in Dodge Viper!

The engine, a huge 8.2 litre V8, is connected to front wheel drive through a TH425 transmission.

Left: 1976 Eldorado Convertible. Right: 75 Eldorado Convertible, Maroon White Top.

^These full size Caddilacs from the 70'ies are my dream cars.

Nice choice imo. I fucking love old caddies

Not really a fan of Dodge. I love the early 2000's-2007 model Ford Super Duties. I'm still not adjusted to the 2008+ look. I think it's kind of ugly.

I personally don't like trucks, but If I were to get one I'd have to get a dodge, nothing beats them, especially not Chevy dry.gif

^that was the model I like. Yeah the Excursion was the SUV version of the Super Duty pickups. Built in the same factory (in Kentucky).

I feel a bit weird about my previous statement, now I think it looks nicer. Maybe that is the mod power huh? snf (31).gif

I will not go as far as to say it's a beautiful car, but it is far from ugly. It's not easy to make a beautiful pickup, and almost all the Japanese pickups looks like crap btw. If I needed a pickup and could not afford a SRT-10, I would look closer on this Ford.

If you needed a pickup, then the SRT-10 would be a crap choice cause its only made to go fast on straight roads. Horrible car for everything else.

But that's maybe what I need a pickup for: To go fast on straight roads and intimidate all other trafficants. mellow.gif

(And for being a pickup, the SRT-10 is damn fast arounds bends as well. On Arctic Circle Raceway, it was equal to a Toyota Celica sport turbo. That is fast.)

To be honest, i was dreaming of getting this babe for awhile now. Just that Petrol and Government tax for owning a car is way more expensive than the car itself.
any of you guys seen it? i don't know it's popular in the west (small size).

A Suzuki as dream car? I mean not to talk bad about Suzuki, but a Suzuki as dream car...?

Move to Norway. Our tax for owning and using a car is way less expensive than the car itself. But that is because we have the world's most expensive cars... A new car that costs NOK 400,000 untaxed, might cost three times that after it is taxed.

If I buy a new car, maybe 70% of its value is tax.
Spoiler
This is popular because of our country size 710.2 km2 (274.2 sq mi) and the practicality of small cars. If 70% of the tax in Norway, then it's difinitely more expensive.
I am talking about other expensives like fuel charge ($1.5 per liter), monthly parking fees (yes we have to pay for it),Road Tax, Electronics Road Pricing,Insurance and others. so for example, if i pay about $500 monthly for the car, another $500 is for these expensives alone.
demon
I get it. Your country is not made for cars! Not big ones anyway.

If I were you I'd probably want a small car, but I'd still dream about a full size Cadillac.

TreeFitty
Can always tune it to make it fast and/or powerful.
demon
You can, but that's not gonna enhance the overall quality of the car. I don't know GMC, but my impression is that they are cheap and sturdy and drives like more like a truck than a station wagon. I don't know what sort of suspension it's got?
