I think 50 is the last reward, I might find out this week. I love the drug wars.
II Goonah II
I've never even done a Drug War yet, might get on that tonight.
Jacko
So I was just wondering where can you find all the unlocked weaponry? I have completed about 51 Drug Wars and went to the Safehouse in Northwood but where are the weapons? I cant see them anywhere.

They are storyline mission-dependent.

I forget which mission, but I got the first reward the .44 after a few missions.
You will find that one on the coffee table.

One of Tony's missions *finally* unlocked my second reward, the shotgun. [NON-explosive rounds]
You will find that one leaning up against the wall by the kitchen.

I have over 40 drug wars done so have been monitoring this heavily.

Very main storyline mission dependent, regardless of how many drug wars finished.

On another strange note, after you complete all the base jumps, the parachute appears immediately.
That is located on the floor by the front door on the left, opposite side of the TV.

Aah...Now I get it you need to complete certain amount of storyline missions for the weapons to appear at your safehouse regardless the amout of Drug Wars you've completed. Thanks for the reply §ynch. I havent done that many storyline missions yet, because I like to do all the sidemissions first. smile.gif

Same here, it really helps doing the side missions first.

The one I can't get right now is the champagne challenge.
Rotation of the thumb stick.....wasn't bad for arm wrestling
in TLAD but I can't even make a dent with the champagne chugging.

Just keep doing story line missions and the drug war weapons will unlock. smile.gif
Jacko
I hear you but in my opinion doing the TLAD arm wrestling was more challenging than the champagne challenge. I have done about 99 Drug Wars so far and even though I love doing them I wont propably do them more than hundred. laugh.gif

DUDE!!!
I just unlocked the MG.
It is from the mission called "Going Deep"
and it can be found in the kitchen of your safe house.

This weapon is exclusive to TBOGT and after
all the drug wars I finally unlocked it because
of that mission for Ray Bulgarin.

Just a head's up - this is a very cool weapon
that replaces the the AK-47 and M-16.
It was first seen/used in the Triad mission in TBOGT.

Is it the same weapon Armando and Henrique use during drug runs? If it is I've used it once after getting it from Armando when he died during one of my dope runs but then I accidentally replaced it with AK.

Not sure if they use that particular weapon.
It's first given to Luis during the mission against the Triads.
Holds 200 in the clip, so it brings down enemies much faster.
Personally I think that weapon and the explosive shotgun is the coolest "new" GTA weapons.....
Massacre
MG? Is that the SAW 200?
Jacko
§ynch you said the weapon holds 200 ammos per clip and Massacre gave the real name of the weapon. I'm positive that's the same weapon I've used. And I think too that the explosive shotgun is the best of the new weapons. The new .44-caliber-pistol is not that great addition because it's similar to Desert Eagle with the exception of slower rate of fire and capacity. I don't even think it's more accurate than the traditional Combat Pistol. I wish there had been a flamethrower instead of that 44-pistol.
Massacre
I hate that the P90 was classed as an SMG, because it's a two-handed weapon (if you're a pussy), meaning you couldn't use it while in a vehicle.

Really? I always thought that FN P90 was an SMG and I think it says that on Wikipedia too. But yeah it does suck you cant use it while on vehicle but that's why you have the Sticky bombs to compensate your loss.
Massacre
I mean, it is an SMG, but I figured that R* would class it as an assault rifle rather than make it worthless while driving.
Jacko
Yeah I get you and it's weird it isn't an assault rifle when it should be one when you cant do drive-by's. By the way what's it called in the game?
Massacre
I forget what it's called, I haven't played in a while.

MG? Is that the SAW 200?

I think that's it. I've heard to it referred to as the SAW.
SAW was the heaviest machine gun in the old Delta Force series....

I like to call it the curvy-thing because when you look at it
in your inventory, it looks different than the M16 or AK.
It's got a curvy-thing on it. biggrin.gif

I like the .44 but am not that good with it.
It's the preferred weapon of choice by the guys who make
the 100% mission completion videos for GTASeriesVideo channel.
He gets like all head shots in free-aim with the .44
Jacko
I have unlocked the following weapons after 100 Drug Wars: Auto Shotgun (explosive shells), 44.-caliber pistol and the Sticky Bombs. I have also unlocked the Parachute but I dont have the SAW 200 yet or the Golden SMG. I guess the Advanced Machinegun is unlocked after the mission "Going Deep" but I havent completed it yet. Very frustrating mission.

It's a tricky mission, for sure. Always have full armor, full health, and a few rockets.
Can be summed up for basics to make it easy, and it unlocks that awesome weapon.

Drive to garage(ASAP for 100%) drop sticky bomb at front of vehicle you arrive in. [On-Screen instruct]
If you have failed already (as I did more than once) you know where the NOOSE
van and FBI car will arrive while you take cover, throw a sticky or two over there as well.
Then get into position behind the car, don't detonate until on-screen instruct.
That will give you an edge on the guys to kill inside the garage. Level 1 fight.

In the fire fight, I noticed blowing up other cars may kill you or your boss,
so keep moving and taking cover, and get the NOOSE guys and the plain clothes
guys that arrive in the garage as quickly as possible, head shots are a bonus,
and it is less dangerous than using a heavy weapon which can ignite cars.....the .44 works well.
The opposite area from where you parked will have armor, or maybe a NOOSE
guy drops it - if it's like Rockstar's "Manhunt", the guys drop the armor if killed quick
and it disappears quick, but I've always seen the armor there after the fight starts.
The NOOSE vans like the old GTA games, will add some armor upon entry, but you've not much time
to waste, and especially if the vehicle has already started burning, don't waste time.

Once that area is cleared, you know a van will approach the arrow of next level, so 1 rocket quickly works.

Clear the street at other direction, and take the FBI car, deliver the boss back home.

The SAW should be waiting for you at your safe house.
Jacko
I finally beat that mission yesterday and wth the rank of 100% and got the SAW, wuuh what a ride and what s douche that mission was. Bulgarin can be kinda demandin fellow. I solved the problem instantly when I switched the 44. pistol to Desert Eagle and it really helped me to get the proper accuracy to complete the mission. It was also much easier and faster to shoot the bastards with the Combat Pistol. Then I just shoot the remaining FIB-dudes with the Rocket Launcher. Time is the most trickiest part in the mission because if I had taken three more seconds in completing the mission I wouldn't have gotten 100%. smile.gif
JohnByng
Hmm, I have done all the story missions and 200 Drug Wars but I aint got no sticky bombs in the safehouse.
Anyone know what I did wrong?

Thx
JohnByng
Where do the sticky bombs appear in the safehouse - I might have missed them? Not very likely I suppose as it's not a big place!
JohnByng
OK, I'll answer my own questions.
The sticky bombs unlock at the safehouse after you have completed a certain number of Drug Wars but if you have already done the "Bang Bang" mission you need to do it again.

They appear on the table with the TV on it.
