but Im about halfway through the story, and might give multiplayer a go afterwards, but since I frankly dont give a rats ass about stats, I was wondering if there was a way to disable tracking. I doubt it, since for some reason youre forced to install multiplayer components instead of them peing optional, unless you want to play MP, like, "You must install Windows Live and Rockstar Social Club to play Multiplayer". What do stats give, besides "bragging rights", something Ive NO interest in(and yeah, I DO suck at MP, whatever the game is. laugh.gif).
PabloHoneyOle
You could just ignore it?

I'm pretty sure it's built into the game.
Everyone will know exactly how terrible you are if you don't bring it in MP... such is life.

Oh I would ignore it, but Id soon get tired of people saying that they only play for stats, or that I "have to" improve mine, ect. Had that in a couple other games, gets old real fast. I play for fun, thats it.

Play Free Mode. No stats there. Just tons of funs.

Unless you join a server where everyone is just shooting at each other from the get go, real fucking interesting that is.

Shoot back.

If I enter a free mode like that; I just run as fast as I can out of the spawning shooting range and then come back after I've gathered some serious weaponry and exact my revenge.

Same here, but then everyone joins in the spawn massacre buggery and it gets dull pretty fast. Sure I could sit out of range and snipe them, but what's the point, I could go to DM and do that.

If it pisses you off getting constantly whacked upon respawn you can always create a custom game, I never set the respawn to 'close'.

Yeah I usually do that, but I find if there's only 2 of you in the server you always seem to spawn next to the other person regardless of the distance you specified, if there are three of you you respawn at a point equidistant between the other two players.

That's another thing that pisses me off, the blips option doesn't seem to have any effect sometimes, I set it to off or close proximity but I still see people on the other side of the map.
