I need some help with the Bikes for The Lost and Damned. Bikes aren't really my thing and if anyone has any information on what the bikes are based on id much appreciate it.

EDIT: Im going to post some more of the vehicles tomorrow as its taking ages to transfer from paper to text. And im having to double check them with other websites like wikipedia so i know its correct.
Full Metal Monkey
Right, ive finally gotten round to adding the full list of vehicles in Grand Theft Auto 4 and The Lost and Damned Expansion. All i need to do now is get round to sorting out statistics and finish off the rest of the Real Life Counterparts.

Again, it will take a while especially when your doing 12 hour shifts and finding all of the vehicles is getting tough.

I'm pretty sure the stallion is an Olds 442. Not a Mustang.

The GTA III model looks more like a 442 but the GTA IV model looks more like a Mustang Mk 2. With a few changes

Sports and Muscle Cars

Dukes - Real Life Counterpart: Dodge Charger - backed up by the name, "Dukes" reference to The Dukes of Hazzard.
Ruiner - Real Life Counterpart: Nissan 300ZX - I actually thought this was an 80's Camaro, but I don't know enough to argue...
Stallion - Real Life Counterpart: Ford Mustang - Some of those features don't look like Mustang to me, but again, I'm no expert.
Vigero - Real Life Counterpart: Chevrolet Camaro - I swear this is an older Mustang...

Two Door and Hatchbacks

Bucanneer - Real Life Counterpart: Chevrolet Monte Carlo - Definitely a '67-'70 El Dorado.
Voodoo - Real Life Counterpart: Chevrolet Impala - That one's right, specifically a '61

Four-Door Sedans and Saloons

Esperanto - Real Life Counterpart: Cadillac Eldorado - That was the GTA III - SA version, not the GTA IV version. I don't know what this ugly little thing is supposed to be, but it's not an El Dorado anymore.

SUV's, Pick-ups and Vans

Cavalcade - Real Life Counterpart: Escalade, not sure what year.
Cavalcade FXT - Real Life Counterpart: Escalade EXT, again, not sure what year.
Huntley Sport - Real Life Counterpart: Range Rover Sport
Moonbeam - Real Life Counterpart: Chevy Astrovan
Patriot - Real Life Counterpart: Hummer H2

Emergency Services

FIB Buffalo - Real Life Counterpart: 2008 Dodge Charger
NOOSE Patriot - Real Life Counterpart: Hummer H2

Bikes

fine gentlemangio - Real Life Counterpart: - Just lol at the word filters...

I did what I could. Sadly, almost all of the American bikes are impossible to identify because they are all customized...
Full Metal Monkey
Lol i didnt actually notice the 'fine gentlemangio' part.

Editing some of them as we speak, doing to double check the changes though. Most of the cars ive named as their real life counter part is the general design, their bits and peices of alot of different models. So its tough to give a specific model.

EDIT: I know for a fact that Rockstar based the Wayfarer on the T6 though (the bike used in The Great Escape) as a family friend used to own one and he mentioned that it when he came round and watched me play The Lost and Damned.

I can understand where you get the idea for the Dukes from and it does look like the Dukes of Hazard car but the GTO has more of its features. But ill play the white man and put both. GTO or Charger. Its a cross breed of both.

Dukes vs Pontiac GTO

Again, the Buffalo - A cross between the Camero and Charger. Ill put both.

Thats odd, i thought i already added most of the SUV counterparts. I definately remember doing the Escalades and Range Rover... oh well have to do it again.
Massacre
Yeah, the front end has the GTO features, and the rear of the Dukes in your picture has the Super Bee logo from the Charger, I'm thinking it's a combination of the two, also.

Aren't most of these cars mash-ups of two cars anyways?

EDIT: I worked out what the Packer is - Its a Mack Ultraliner. Almost a spitting image.

Anychance you know what model the Freightliner is? The GTA IV is a flatcab whereas the ones ive seen on Wikipedia are all long nosed. If that makes sense.

Ill have another look tomorrow when i wake up as im going to bed and can't be arse to look right now. Im tired been playing poker all day again trying to earn a living. Im off work at the moment so trying to make some extra cash. smile.gif

Also im not so sure about the Mule...
TreeFitty
Don't really agree on the Mack Ultraliner. Cruiseliner maybe. I chose "Freightliner Cabover" because of the dual headlights, square grill with logo on top section, and the little vent above the grill. Volvo was a runner up with simliar traits but the top of the grill was less similar.

As for the mule, basically all the city vans look alike. I think the Hino's headlights fit the best. Isuzu was runner up.
