Yeah, there is more hardware information you could have listed, but with the information you have:
I assume Pentium 4? processor 1.6GHz
60gb HDD (which doesn't really affect performance unless you're almost maxed, you'll need 18gb free for GTA IV)
16MB video card
For more information or questions, go to this
I thought I already said that?
No, we linked to the same topic, but you didn't give him any other information. I made it so my attempt to help and the topic was in one post, big deal.
ok i hope this is the info you need, so u think i can run it properly?
OS: Windows XP Professional (5.1 build 2600)
Processor: Intel® Pentium® D CPU 2.80GHz (2CPUs)
Hard Drive: well total on every disk i've got 147.1 GB free space (shown in everest home)
Video Card: GeForce 8500GT 512MB
Drive: uhh i have got 2 layers where you can put CD's in tongue.gif
sorry i am a total stranger in hardware things
Yeah, that should be just enough to run the game decently. You won't be running on the highest settings, but you will probably be able to play the PC version of the game without any problems. You don't have the recommended amount of RAM, but I think what you have should be fine minimally. Chances are you'll probably be maxing out your RAM, which could slow the game's loading times down and will probably cause a lot of objects to pop up/load late.
Just take into account that no one has actually played the game other than Rockstar, so no one actually knows how well the game will run on any given hardware. We can only assume.
