I just downloaded Vice City from steam, mabe its becouse i've been getting used to GTA 4 but in Vice City everything seems to move really fast, like tommy runs really fast and the cars turn fast and everything, could it be the settings on my p.c mabe? Just want to make sure of this aswell, is it becouse i downloaded it from steam that i cant change the level of detail in the display like on sanandreas?
Also when i drive on the sand, the sand that gets spun up has a greenish tint to it and so do white lights, is there anyway to fix this?

I never played it on PC but on PS2 it was fine. He did run real fast, but everything else was fine.

You shouldnt buy anything off steam if you have to unexpectedly reformat or something you cant get it back.

either way with the greenish tints and white light stuff i think thats a graphics card problem like it cant load the texture or something or i heard that somewhere

Yeah, everything does move pretty fast. Nothing to do with your PC, that's just the way the game's made.

Don't buy things of Steam, it's epic fail. As said above, you can't get it back if you reformat or anything.

As for the colour of the sand, I don't know, probably just a glitch or a failure to load the correct textures.

Graphics cards can render things with green/red tints when they are older and get used alot. Mine did this until eventually it burnt out and i had to get a new one. If you can try compearing the same games on different computers to see what they look like. If you find one computer has a grey wall and the other computer is showing a grey/greenish/redish wall you might want to start saving for a new graphics card.

I just bought this grx card a couple month ago, i was talking to someone at work and he sed it happens to him aswell, mabe it could be something todo with drivers or something mabe?

That's a complete load of bullshit. If you reformat you simply log back into steam and re download the games you lost. You never permanently lose them, not EVER.
