A wild thought I had whilst daydreaming earlier. Given that California borders Tijuana, imagine if San Andreas and a fictional Mexican state existed together on one piece of land (or collection of islands), so that you had a border complete with fence that you could penetrate in order to move between the two countries. It would be a microcosm of of the real USA-Mexico situation, complete with passport control (maybe you have to fake one), smuggling of people (gangs, drugs, weapons, etc), and both fictional American and Mexican cities. It'll never happen, but I think it'd be ruddy good!
Its a nice idea.

Maybe one day they'll be a GTA that is in a whole country instead of one measly state and you can cross the borders. One hopes.
It would be cool that they make whole world O_o
