QUOTE( Little Girl Gangbanged by American Troops AND PARENTS KILLED!?)
The Abeer Qassim Hamza al-Janabi murder (عبير قاسم حمزه الجنابي; concerns a 14-year-old Iraqi girl who lived in the village of Mahmoudiyah southeast of Baghdad who was gang-raped and killed by American troops. [1][2] Hamza, her parents and her younger sister were shot and killed in their home in Mahmoudiyah on or around March 12, 2006. A discharged U.S. serviceman, Pfc. Steven D. Green, was arrested and charged on July 3, 2006 with raping and killing Hamza and killing her father Qassim Hamza Raheem, 45, her mother Fakhriya Taha Muhasen, 34, and her seven-year-old sister, Hadeel Qassim Hamza. Initial details published by American media reported that Abeer Qassim Hamza was 25 years old, and that the others killed were her husband and child, details which were incorrect. Others reported that her parents were killed before the soldiers raped Abeer. [3]

According to one witness, Omar, a 13 year old neighbour, Abeer's father was told that there were Americans in his house. Abeer always told her mother that she was afraid of the soldiers. Her mother was sending her to stay with a neighbor, but she didn't get there in time. Qassim Hamza entered the house thereafter to "see what was happening". Omar reports to hearing a sound "like beating a tin barrel with a stick a few times", and later saw five Americans leave the house, one of whom carried two guns. Omar's mother claims that she and her son went to the neighbour's door, shouting through asking if they required assistance, but received no reply. She says she then noticed smoke coming from their window which led her to scream for help from neighbours, several of whom knocked down the door into the house. When she entered she found the remains of Abeer Qassim Hamza. "She lay there, one leg stretched and the other bended and her dress was lifted to her neck".[1]

In November, Specialist James Barker , 24, admitted surprise sex and murder over the killings and was sentenced to 90 years. Paul Cortez broke down as he confessed to raping the girl as her parents and sister were shot dead in another room.

According to the plea agreement, Sgt. Cortez admitted conspiring with three other soldiers, Pfc. Steven Green, Pfc. Jesse Spielman, and Spc. Barker to surprise sex Abeer Qassim Hamza. [4]

In court, Cortez admitted the plan was hatched as they played cards and that the girl had been targeted because there was only one male in her house, making it an easy target.[image="right"]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/5/59/Abeerh.jpg/250px-Abeerh.jpg[/image]

He said: "During the time me and Barker were raping Abeer, I heard five or six gunshots that came from the bedroom.

"After Barker was done, Green came out of the bedroom and said that he had killed them all, that all of them were dead."

Paul Cortez added: "Green then placed himself between Abeer's legs to surprise sex her. When Green was finished, he stood up and shot Abeer in the head two or three times."

The entire crime took about five minutes and the girl knew her parents and sister had been shot while she was being raped, the hearing heard.

All five belonged to the 101st Airborne Division based at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, which is also where the hearing took place. Military investigators believe that Green and as many as four other soldiers were involved in the commission of the murders while on active duty. A criminal affidavit filed in U.S. federal court states that Green and one other participant raped Hamza and that Green killed all four individuals himself. Abeer's uncle, Ahmad, says he has "no faith" in the Court Martial, requesting that the Americans "hand the criminals to us, to an Iraqi Court. We don't trust their justice, they should be tried here in Iraq."[1]

Iraqi insurgents kidnapped two American troops whom they later killed, claiming that the killing was retaliation for Abeer's surprise sex.[1]

Army Sgt. Paul Cortez was sentenced Thursday, February 22, 2007 to 100 years in prison for his participation in the surprise sex and murder. Cortez, 24, also was given a dishonorable discharge. Cortez wept as he apologized for the crimes, saying he could not explain why he took part. [5]

I'm completely without words, usually with my topics in my in politics I'd usually write an argument about it, but...I'm just completely speechless. Girl raped by American troops and then parents killed to cover it up!? Now, I've heard of/seen immature soldiers but this is by far the foulest I've heard. First there is fucking gang violence within the troops over there, then black water, waterboarding, and cruel treatment now there is this shit. And many Americans still wonder why so many people there fucking hate our guts now.

Thoughts?

This is pretty old to me maybe I discussed it on another forum but the whole thing is fucked up. I don't think any of these guys deserve their dicks and balls--cut them off for a punishment.

Thatas fucked up. I mean the 101st Airborne? Thats just a disgrace to them. Why is it now we see and hear all these things.

What a suprise, the Mexican always snitches. If I ever surprise sex someone, I sure as hell wont do it with any coloreds around. Not that I hope I do surprise sex someone, because well, your life is over if you're caught.

Anyway, Damian, my thoughts-

They acted stupidly, and deserve what they got, but what world are you living in where you are suprised by these actions at all?

Also, why do you make a big over emotional speech over blackwater(Who, the American standard troop usually dislikes according to a program about them) waterboarding-Saving thousands of lives over time, cruel treatment-again, saving lives, and ending certain terror squads, saving Iraqi civilian lives.

Yeah, they hate us, because of a few actions, we hate them, because of a few. We shoot guns at each other. Hopefully my training overcomes their beliefs. End of fucking story. This is the real world, this isnt Sesame fucking street.

The risk I or someone else in time, take by getting off a helicopter, walking through Fallujah, Tikrit, Basra, Baghdad, Kabul, Ho Chi Mihn, Iwo Jima, Berlin, Seoul, for all we know Pyongyang, Caracas, Moscow or any others, pointing my gun at someone at stopping their war, is the risk that allows you to go to sleep at night without having men storm into your house, surprise sex your mother, and kill her, and then you and your father, and burn your house down.

Yeah, you're right, I guess I should go get high off my fucking ass for a month or two and share the same expanded amazing view of the world like you.

When people try to cloud the objectives like, defeating the insurgency, with things like watching our troops 24/7 and not letting them do their job, then its like sending them into combat with top of the line rifles without bullets.

You people want peace and freedom, honesty and love. Well guess what, its because of these guys that you all have it and its things like making them fight wars like the Revolutionary war British with honor and integrity that will have them taken away from you.

If it wasnt for them you might live in a country where they would kill you for seeing these posts your making.

TFT:

Its from an American perspective.

People like drug abusers, naysayers of the troops, flag waivers, self claimed patriots............all dont matter if they dont make an impact.

They actually did worse things that that.

Acting like it doesnt happen is just dumb.

No, but it happens.

I think you and Bain are missing the point of the war. And I don't care what other soldiers do, I'm talking about American soldiers in a WAR liberating the people from the evil gov't and Al Queda. Now if there are troops over there fucking gangbaning children and killing parents then they're ONLY creating a bigger problem in this War On Terrorism. Can't you see that? Or do I have to just go "ooooh it happens". Just no fucking point in the war if you're going to create more problems in it...

Bain I respect you and anyone else in the military for putting their life on the line for their country. My mum, 3 grandparents and cousin have been in the armed forces at one point or another.

But please lose the 'we're protecting your ass' argument. It's bullshit. I'm sorry to say this but every American soldier at Ho Chi Minh, Fallujah, Tikrit, Basra, Baghdad who died has wasted their life. They didn't die for their country, they died for some piece of shit anti-communist or anti-whatever idea that was dubious at best. You'll be wasting your own life if you die in Iraq. And don't event think about Caracas, Moscow or Pyongyang.

The only places it has been a noble thing to die at that you mentioned were Iwo Jima and Berlin. At least there the soldiers were fighting for something worthwhile.

I wasn't talking about other soldiers when Imentioned other wars in an earlier post.
I was talking about Americans.

I get the point of the war.
The point was to purge a land of its sinister dictator and terrorist organizations and liberate them.

What was the points of the Korean War? Vietnam?
To protect one country from another.

I was saying that in past wars, AMERICAN soldiers have done similar acts before.
Mekstizzle
This is what I hate. Let's take Muslims for example. None of the "normal" Muslims call out against Terrorists or do anything about it. The same shit goes for the Military. It seems that they're too scared to deal with bad apples among their own and just say that they're fucked up and deal with them. When you think about it, the Military and Muslims aren't so different.

Honour seems to be gone these days. Especially in the US Military. Instead of acknowledging that these guys are fucktards, you get them trying to be defended. Same shit happens with Muslims. They don't acknowledge that Terrorists are bastards. They just try to defend them. Fucked up world we live in.

Because it is common does not make it acceptable.

even though places like Iraq are where you witness some pretty horrible shit, enough to turn your heart cold, to make you stop caring and surprise sex, murder ect. It's like crack dealers in the ghetto. They've seen terrible shit, been scared for life so now they don't care. Either way it is not acceptable behaviour for american troups or anyone for that matter.

and saying you want to kill all americans is retarted, killing two inocent soldiers for somthing some cold, dirty bastard did is petty and silly.

I don't flip out and cuss out the middle eastern people who run the 7-11 down the street, I don't think all brits are dumbshits just because I read a few of their ignorant posts, why? because this shit is done all over the world. Cultural difference are like taking your shoes off when you go into a house, praying before you eat, or speaking another language. If a black guy steals my car, he's a thief, if a white guy steals my car, he's a thief, no less no more. Anyone who points fingers at a race or country for doing something like that is a fucking retard, that means they're saying that people in their country don't do it, they don't have idiots or psychotic people in their country which is the most ignorant and stupid shit that anyone will hear considering they're trying to argue common sense. Get real, you fucktards.

(not anyone in this thread, just saying)

You are wrong with this one.
You see some races/countries produce more (thiefs/rapists/idiots/murderers/posers etc) than others. It depends on the culture in that country, the behavior accepted and common in the countries. You can't have equality out of nothing, and you should know that cultural difference isn't just something you blame for minor things such as people not understanding your customs and traditions. It goes way deeper than that, in some palces it is common or even accepted to murder someone over minor things, common to surprise sex women you like, common to treat other people like shit or try to show your superiority by showing off infront of everyone and insulting others they think pose as 'competition' for them. Each country, not to mention race, produces different behavior patterns.

He wasn't saying that there is an equal amount of fuckbags in every country, he was saying that it is fucking retarted to call a whole country or race fuckbags because of a few of the people who represent them. Like a few of these soldiers raped some girl so some dickheads living in a fantasy world killed a random and innocent group of soldiers wich is the fucking most retarded thing I've ever heard any one do. Once a mentally challenged kid at my school, dropped his pants in gym and pissed all over the floor randomly. This is 10x more retarded. How can they justify innocent death as a 'retaliation' to another innocent death. by this logic, if a middle easern man rolled me on the street that would be fair cause for me to blow up their country or convice my nations youth to go to middle eastern countries and kill thousands of people with a bomb.

Also, how come hating americans or even all whites isn't classified as racism?
Marneyo Juano
I know what he meant, but you probably missed my point (or I didn't point it out enough) that some countries have a MAJORITY of whatever (rapists/murderes/alcoholics/extremists/ard-headed idiots) so it IS justified to judge the country by it's majority.
Skinny
The majority? Who said the majority of americans were rapists?
Marneyo Juano
I didn't talk about any particular country, and the deeds of soldiers who are under combat stress and change alot can't represent the majority of the civilians.
